Refund Policy for Shopedge
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be requested for products purchased through Shopedge under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or does not perform as advertised.
- The product is not compatible with the customer’s WordPress setup as stated in the product description.
- The customer requests a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@Shopedge.com, providing your payment details, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation.
- Before granting a refund, we require the opportunity to address and resolve any service issues that may have led to dissatisfaction.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at billing@shopedge.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
3. Non-Refundable Items:
The Setup Fees associated with SHOPEDGE Premium Services are non-refundable. It covers the seamless integration of premium services and features, facilitating optimal business success.
We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the premium services has been used by a member before the refund was requested.
- We don’t offer any refund for any premium services at a discounted price. services you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
- We don’t offer any refund to members, who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use.
- If we issue a refund in one instance, we are not obliged to issue the same refund in the future.
We will initiate your refund within 7 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization.
We reserve the right to approve or disapprove a refund request in accordance with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of Use. Users and/or members are encouraged to check back periodically for updates to these Terms and Conditions of Use, as they may be amended from time to time.
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase, unless defective.
- Customizations or services that were specifically requested by the customer.
4. Refund Approval:
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions:
In certain circumstances, such as fraud or misuse of services, refunds may be denied. Shopedge reserves the right to reject refund requests in such cases.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
Shopedge reserves the right to update or change the refund policy at any time. The most current policy will always be available on our website.
Return Policy for Shopedge
1. Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Services):
Since our products are digital and immediately available after purchase, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Refund Eligibility: A refund will be considered if the product is faulty, significantly differs from the description, or is incompatible with your website as stated in the product documentation.
- Support: If you're facing any technical problems with a product, our support team is available to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues. We will assist you in every way possible to make sure the product works as intended.
2. Physical Products (if applicable):
For physical products (such as hardware or merchandise), returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.
- Refunds for physical products will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. How to Return a Product (Physical and Digital):
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at billing@shopedge.in with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Any relevant screenshots or files (for digital products)
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
- Downloaded digital products (unless defective)
- Custom services or customizations that were specifically requested
- Gift cards or vouchers
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days for digital products, and 14 business days for physical items.
6. Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse of our return policy. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please reach out to us before initiating a return.
7. Policy Changes:
Shopedgereserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
